As a Content Designer, I worked across the U.S. Consumer segment to enhance the digital experience through data-driven messaging. I focused on strengthening trust and usability across key product pages, refining security-centric copy to ensure a clear and secure journey for millions of users.

Project: Manage Your Money

After assessing that the original messaging wasn’t converting effectively or reflecting the product experience, I redefined the “Manage Your Money” section at PayPal. This included not only rewriting the hero and subhead, but also revisiting the visual direction to better communicate clarity and control. The updated system improved coherence, accessibility, and user confidence.

Project: PayPal Wallet Security & Card Monitoring

Created a new web experience to communicate PayPal’s card security features, addressing gaps in clarity and user confidence.  I refined the messaging and visual direction to emphasize always-on fraud monitoring and secure storage, resulting in a more cohesive and trust-oriented experience.
